Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States. For international inquiries, contact support@egowooden.com.

Processing Time
Each map is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time & Cost
Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days after production. Shipping is free on orders over $59. Orders under $59 ship at a flat rate of $9.95.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delays
Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
