We want you to love your EgoWooden map. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email support@egowooden.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your map arrives damaged or with missing pieces, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return required.

How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Installed or partially installed maps cannot be returned unless defective. Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless defective.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

12-Month Warranty
All EgoWooden maps include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, handled with free replacements.
