We want you to love your Egodecor map. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

🔄 30-Day Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your map arrives damaged or with missing pieces, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll ship a free replacement right away. No need to return anything.

📝 How to Start a Return

1. Email support@egodc.com with your order number
2. Tell us the reason for the return (photos help!)
3. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
4. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

⚠️ Please Note

• Installed or partially installed maps cannot be returned (unless defective)
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns
• Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless defective
• Refunds go back to your original payment method

🛡️ 12-Month Warranty

All Egodecor maps include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled with free replacements — just contact us.
